Book from the school library

Last week I got this book from my school library.  And the rooster in this book says co-co-cot-cot-cokale-tottle- toooo. I like this book a lot. I love chickens and chickens love me.

  1. Hi David,
I'm really enjoying your blog. I was wondering if you could recommend any other picture books about a chicken or chickens in general.

  3. Hi David, Great blog! My children are 5 years old and we will be getting chickens in the spring, I hope they love our chickens as much as you love yours. Do you have any advice for them before we get our chicks?

    1. Chickens needs lots of care. If you are really going to get chickens next spring here is some advice: You need a nest box and a chicken coop. It can be a shed too. And lots of straw. And they need chicken food and water. You can find food at tractor supply store. Good luck with raising chickens!
